When buying artworks from Artquisite you will have the peace of mind that they are authentic and original as we issue a Certificate of Authenticity to accompany all purchases.

All items are shipped securely through careful procedures handled by a professional logistics and delivery team. Regardless of the size or weight of the item, our clients may rest assured that we will guarantee its safe delivery to their desired address.

Artquisite offers worldwide deliveries, however when deliveries are made to countries that are located outside of the EU there may be additional custom duties and import tax imposed, which will need to be paid by the buyer. Additional information about such extra charges may be viewed here..

Delivery charges will depend on the size and weight of the item, and the shipping address. The cost for packaging and shipping of your purchase will be added to your invoice, but if you would like an estimation of the costs beforehand, this is also provided for each item. All shipments will be fully insured.

Unfortunately we cannot offer this option since Artquisite is an online gallery. Hence all artworks will need to be picked up by a logistics company from the particular artist's studio, and then shipped to your address.

Since the artworks sold on Artquisite are coming from several international artists, there is no one location where one can go in person. However, clients will be able to use the 'Zoom' features to get a closer look at the artwork.

Artquisite will only ship the item when full payment has been effected. Subsequently, the delivery period will be of 14 days for European addresses, and 21 days for deliveries outside of the EU.

Once you make a purchase, this will be reviewed by us and an order confirmation email will be sent to show that there is a sales contract between you as a buyer and Artquisite as the seller. Once the full payment for the item has been received, the item will be shipped. When the item is shipped you will receive an email with a link that can be used to track the status of the delivery.

Yes, all our shipments are insured.

When buying an artwork on Artquisite you can pay either by credit card, or via PayPal or by means of a bank transfer. You may shop with confidence on Artquisite as all personal data is encrypted and handled with utmost security. The purchase price of the item will need to be paid in advance, as we do not accept payment on delivery.

You have a rights to return your item within 14 days. The contract can be canceled in writing, either by email, fax or by post, within 14 days of receiving the items and buyers need not supply a reason for the cancelation. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.


. In this case please contact us within the stated time period at info@artquisite.com within 14 days of receiving your item. It is important to get in touch with us first. Despite the fact that the costs will need to be paid by the buyer, one should never ship the item back to us before having informed us as we will be setting up the pick up of the item.

In the event of a revocation, Artquisite will refund the full purchase price of the item. The costs for a return as well as any additional costs resulting from the return such as customs tax, transport insurance etc. will not be refunded and must be accepted by the buyer.

The buyer will bear the returns charges of returning the goods, which will be equal to the original shipping cost of the purchase.

Should your artwork arrive damaged, please contact us immediately, at least within 7 days of the delivery, to inform us about this. It is important to give us full details of the order and the type of damage you are claiming it has. Please take photos of the damaged artwork and email them to us on info@artquisite.com. Make sure to keep all the original packaging as this will need to be used to return the item. Otherwise you will be responsible to purchase suitable packaging materials. You will then have a 3 day period within which to ship the artwork. It is important to contact us first, and this needs to be done within the first 7 days of the delivery of the item. Should you fail to contact us within this period you will not be eligible for a refund.

We place a great deal of importance on security and confidentiality. All data is handled with absolute discretion and care, according to the laws and legal requirements. Client details will not be disclosed to third parties, other than the certified shipping companies that we deal with. These are inevitable due to the purchase process itself and we will ensure that they will only be used for the intended purpose.
